You can return your order within 7 days only if there is an issue with the product. Customized T-shirts are not returnable unless the design is different from what the customer shared. Wash & Care Guide

For best results, lightly iron the garment after washing, especially over the printed areas using a protective cloth. You can iron the fabric directly, but avoid ironing the printed design without protection. Always place a medium-thickness cloth over the design and use around 75% heat while keeping the iron in continuous motion. For longer print life, lightly iron over the design once or twice a month.
